just posted my first video on wordpress, but it runs very slowly - see it here
The file runs at normal speed on my home pc, the code I've inserted is:

Is there a reason for this?

I downloaded the file 'starting_position_021210.flv' and try to run it from my desktop PC , but was unable to play properly. The movie was still slow and without any sound. You may have incorrectly created the FLV file.
I recommend you to create (or convert) the FLV file again using different software.
Please try to convert to flv using AnyVideo Converter. It's free and very easy to use.
