Preview plays fine - but the site doesn't

Hey there, firstly..many a thanks for the lovely plugin. It's amazing.
I have a question here...when I add a new post... add the Hanah Player..and preview it...it plays just fine!
But when I update the page and check the link on site...it's blank...nothing.

How do I go about solving this issue.

Hello Thanks for using my plugin.

Now, usually the problem is often related to the javascript loading error. If you are using other video plugins, try to test by disable other video plugins.

If you can provide the URL , I will check it out.
