All is working okay for me. What can be done to use any movie format with this?

As long as I know, Only FLV or SWF (?) files are supported (natively by Adobe Flash). You can use "Any Video Converter" (This is free version) to convert any video formats to FLV format. I have tried various conversion tools, but this was the easiest one and yet free.
