- Version of Wordpress</p>
- Version of the plug-in that you are using.
- If the problem is occurred after upgrading , please provide the old version that you were using.
- Website URL that shows problem.
- Screen Capture Image if the URL is not public address.
These are important information that will help me checking the issue right away without further unnecessary communication.
