I don’t think there will be any performance issue with non-Phalcon software.
2. There is hard limit of 25 concurrent PHP processes for shared hosting account. So 25 is the maximum regardless of which PHP framework or solution you are using. Therefore it is very important to make your PHP webapp light and fast to complete request as soon as possible.
